What sets you apart from other coaches?
A strong international/global orientation – having spent 20 years of my professional career working in Europe. I also grew up in France, Belgium and England. I have a strong appreciation of cultural nuances in leadership.
C-suite HR experience across multiple industry sectors. I have been a Chief People Officer in public compenies 4 times, most recently at a late stage biotechnology company based in Boston.
A 30-year career across multiple functions. I spent the first 10 years of my career in finance roles, then worked in Marketing and Sales Operations roles before moving to HR.
