Lindsey Schrader is an Executive Coach with over 25 years of corporate HR experience in technology, life sciences, and financial services. She has led HR teams globally, overseeing key talent functions and serving as a trusted advisor and accountability partner to leaders from frontline. managers to C-suite executives. Lindsey brings deep expertise in organizational dynamics, relationship-building, and motivating teams.

Lindsey works with leaders who want to enhance their leadership approach, build high-performing teams, and are navigating change, including career transitions. As a coach she helps leaders balance strategic work with day-to-day management, develop communication styles that resonate with different stakeholders, increase collaboration, and handle conflict constructively. Her industry experience at Analog Devices includes HR leadership of global business units, as well as leading Talent Acquisition, Talent & Leadership Development, and HR Business Partner functions. She also conducted due diligence and integrated leadership teams during mergers and acquisitions.
